Spend a Day at State

CALS 4-Year Degree Visits

We will have three visiting options for the Spring 2017 Spend a Day at State program. Our program will take place on Mondays and Fridays when classes are in session, with general information sessions added on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in April. Please read through the options, then visit the registration link below to participate in the option that works best for your schedule and needs.

*Please note: Due to the personalized nature of the Spend a Day at State program, the Monday and Friday visits are limited to 15 students. Only available dates will appear in the registration form.

Monday Visits: Includes a CALS information session, a class observation (visiting student only), a meeting with a faculty member in your CALS major of interest, lunch in a campus dining hall with current CALS students, optional afternoon sessions based on your interests (guided walking tour, learn more about University Housing, and more)

Friday Visits: Includes a CALS information session, mock lecture and student panel, meeting with a faculty member in your CALS major of interest, lunch in a campus dining hall with current CALS students, and optional afternoon sessions based on your interests (guided walking tour, learn more about University Housing, and more)

Additional April Information Sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (1:00-2:00pm): Includes a general CALS welcome/overview and information session and the opportunity to interact with a CALS student ambassador (will be either preceded by or followed by an optional guided walking tour). This option does not include a class observation, mock lecture, and meeting with a faculty member.
